The first bottle dizzyness and headach gone 2 bottle just wasnt touching the headach

This product changed my life! Long time migraine sufferer with muscle spasms , I take 2 in am daily and 2 when I get home. I also take 2 when I feel a terrible migraine coming and within an hour the intensity goes from a 10-3-4 stopping my nausea from the pain! I think everyone should have this on hand! Helps with muscle pain and stiffness too! Don’t know what I would do without it!

My Vestibular migraine started very slowly but progressed over a number of years until I was practically housebound. I went to a neurologist for vertigo but my symptoms were not typical vertigo. I was recommended magnesium and I did take it, but it was not the right dosage and a very large hard pill that was hard to swallow. I saw an ad for MM on Facebook and thought what did I have to lose? I have had migraines my whole life and tried so many things. The only thing that helped was Excedrin tension headache and was taking about 8 a day. Sometimes with Benadryl and nausea meds. Now I only need maybe 3 Excedrin a day. This was life changing
